Mercedes and CMP in new deal

Mercedes Benz Försäljnings AB in Malmö and CMP have signed a contract relating to the rental of outdoor space and a vehicle handling/service contract.

Mercedes Benz needs storage space in Malmö and enhanced security for its cars, vans and trucks. This involves a total area of around 6,100 m2.

“We’re delighted to be able to guarantee Mercedes’ needs for both storage space and service, with CMP being given an opportunity to offer a total solution. As the biggest vehicle port in Scandinavia, we have extensive experience and can guarantee efficient vehicle handling combined with high quality and security,” says Ann-Charlotte Halldén Åkeson, Key Account Manager, Copenhagen Malmö Port AB.

“We’ve been looking for a long time for a one-stop supplier that can handle and store our vehicles, and we’ve found one in CMP. The solution offered by CMP, with their experience and competence, is just what we’ve been looking for and is of a quality that matches our brand,” says Per Håkansson, Senior Manager After-Sales, Mercedes-Benz Malmö

The contract covers a five-year period and came into force in September.
